Documenting the Impact of Your Scholarship

Documenting the Impact of Your Scholarship Online

This webinar is designed to help faculty members applying for promotion and tenure to make the case for excellence in scholarship using citation analysis, journal metrics, and other methods. Newer faculty who are just starting to publish can also benefit by using these tools to develop effective publishing strategies.

Throughout the presentation, participants will have opportunities to engage with the presenters and ask questions. The webinar will conclude with a discussion about using scholarship data in the promotion and tenure process led by Dr. Alison Colbert & Dr. Erik Garrett, members of the University Promotion and Tenure Committee.

Prior to the webinar, we will send you three pre-workshop activities that should take approximately 30 minutes of your time. The activities are optional but we believe you will get more of out of the workshop if you complete them! When you register, you'll receive an email with the Zoom link in an attached file.

After the program, we'll send the presentation recording and slides to all who registered.
