Join us this month for a book club hosted by the Office of Military and Veteran Students and the Veterans to BSN Program. The book selected for this Fall is Sebastian Junger’s Tribe: On homecoming and Belonging’
20 copies are available for anyone interested in joining. Copies will be distributed, first come first served, to anyone. Contact Lee Wagner wagnerl2@duq.edu. Your saved copy will be available to collect at the library’s circulation desk.
Tribe is a book that thoroughly and completely defines what it means to be part of something larger than one’s self. Heralded as a “must read” for anyone interested in understanding the family feeling of the military, Junger uses his war journalism experience to best explain belonging. We are very excited to read it and share our thoughts with each other.
