Webinar: Adam Matthew Research Methods Primary Sources

Webinar: Adam Matthew Research Methods Primary Sources Online

Of interest to faculty and students in the Humanities and Social Sciences, particularly History, Adam Mathew Research Methods Primary Sources is an online product designed to help students learn about primary sources of many types and how to use them in research.

It is an exciting new platform that introduces students to the key approaches and methodologies of working with source material. Designed to be used in the classroom or for independent study, this resource will empower students to engage with primary sources and assess historical evidence with confidence. It provides access to a wide array of resources to teach students about primary sources, including numerous video interviews in which individual historians in various sub-discipline describe how they use primary sources in their own research, How-To Guides, Case studies giving examples of how scholars evaluate and use specific types of primary sources, and over 300 practice sources to give students opportunities for learning source evaluation.

This virtual program will be presented by Ted Bergfelt, Humanities Librari
