Rooted in Remembrance, Flowering in Hope: Meditation and Mosaics In-Person
As part of Wellness Week, join us for a guided mindfulness and meditation session led by William Adams, held within the mosaics exhibit in the Popular Reading Room. This interfaith program invites participants to reflect on themes of remembrance, grounding, and growth inspired by the Tree of Life imagery featured in the exhibit.
The session will begin with a period of silent arrival and quiet contemplation while viewing the mosaics, followed by a gentle, body-oriented guided meditation. After the meditation, participants are welcome to remain for optional reflection and light refreshments.
