Getting Started with Embase [webinar]

Getting Started with Embase [webinar] In-Person

This workshop will introduce you to Embase, a biomedical database newly available at Duquesne. Embase indexes a broader selection of literature than PubMed or CINAHL and is especially notable for its international coverage and coverage of pharmacy-related areas. You will learn about Embase’s strengths relative to other biomedical databases, how to perform basic search functions effectively, and how to select and utilize Embase’s numerous more advanced structured search options. Students, faculty, and staff are welcome to attend.
