Documenting the Impact of Your Scholarship-WEBINAR

Documenting the Impact of Your Scholarship-WEBINAR In-Person

This webinar is designed to help faculty members applying for promotion and tenure to make the case for excellence in scholarship using citation analysis, journal metrics, and other methods. Newer faculty who are just starting to publish can also benefit by using these tools to develop effective publishing strategies. Throughout the presentation, participants will have opportunities to engage with the presenters and ask questions. The webinar will conclude with a discussion about using scholarship data in the promotion and tenure process led by University Promotion and Tenure Committee members Dr. Sarah Wallace and Dr. Stephen Benham.

Prior to the webinar, the presenters will send you three pre-workshop activities that should take approximately 30 minutes of your time. The activities are optional but we believe you will get more of out of the workshop if you complete them!

Cosponsored by the Center for Teaching Excellence and Gumberg Library.
